LET YOUR IMAGINATION FLY!

2015 PTA Reflections Art Program

Congratulations to all the students who participated in the Reflections Art Program this year. We had four professional artists who came to do the judging for us. They loved all the artwork, and have chosen winners based on design, originality, use of media and expression of the theme. The finalists’ pieces will now be sent on to the Shoreline district show which will be on display at the district offices in December-January.

PTA Reflections Contest

The theme for this year’s Reflections Art Contest is: Let Your Imagination Fly.

Reflections is a PTA sponsored national cultural arts program. All Highland Terrace students are
encouraged to participate. Students express themselves artistically in the following categories:
visual arts, dance choreography, film production, photography, musical composition and
literature. Each category will be judged according to grade level. All artwork must be new and
original and reflect the theme: “Let Your Imagination Fly”

Click here for Reflections Program Contest Information, Entry Form and Rules.

Finished art submissions and entry forms should be turned into the school office by Friday, October 23. For more information, please contact Reflections Chair Leslie Boyd at lesliekeller@msn.com

Reflect on the theme. Create an original work. Be recognized.

PLEASE NOTE: There will not be “Reflections” art program workshops this year on the early
dismissal days in October. Please plan to create your works of art at home.
