Science Night is Coming

A successful Art Walk and Fundraiser!

art_orcaThe Spring Art Walk and Fundraiser was a success!  It was wonderful to see our HT community gather together to celebrate student art at Highland Terrace.  We ate, danced to the Marimba Band, admired the art work, enjoyed crafts, and raised funds for Highland Terrace PTA programs through the first ever Gift Card Grab and Student Art Sale.   Thank you to everyone that came to the event!

If you were unable to attend but still wish to support our fundraiser by purchasing your student’s art work, feel free to send a check with this form

ALL STUDENT ART WILL BE SENT HOME IN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS WITH STUDENTS even if it was not purchased.  All student’s get to keep their original piece of art!

Seeking Volunteers for the Highland Terrace PTA Spring Art Walk and Fundraiser

The Highland Terrace PTA is hosting our annual Spring Art Walk displaying the amazing artistry of our students while raising money for our fabulous PTA.  We are seeking volunteers in a variety of positions to make the event run smoothly.  The event is scheduled to take place on Friday, May 20, from 6:00-8:00pm.  Most of the volunteer slots are open to both students and adults.  Please contact Cory Peterson at if you have any questions.  The volunteer sign up sheet is here.  Thank you for volunteering your time!!

Showcase Your Heritage

The HT Heritage Festival is on February 4, 2016!

I’m looking for families who want to showcase their heritage. Please let me know if you would be willing to volunteer your time and set up a small booth with artifacts from your heritage and a craft or something to eat.
